We are a Zen meditation group led by Reverend Bill Gay and Lead Instructor Lynn Gay.

Both Bill and Lynn studied under Reverend Robert McNeil and have since moved to Western North Carolina.

Anyone will be welcome to join us at any of the scheduled meditation times - some are "In Person" days and some are "Zoom Broadcasting" days.
